Consider Your Calling
Write On! Sisterhood Podcast Episode 2: Consider Your Calling
Imposter syndrome is real — but is it true? In this episode, Becky Meyerson tackles the lie that keeps so many writers frozen before they even start: you're not a real writer, you don't belong here. Becky makes the case that imposter syndrome is a lie from the enemy, and the way to fight it isn't to argue with the feeling — it's to go back to your documented calling, read the truth out loud, and call the lie exactly what it is.
Key Scripture
"Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world's eyes or powerful or wealthy when God called you." — 1 Corinthians 1:26 (NLT)

Write On! Step
Two things to do today:
- Write down your calling—specific and dated, somewhere you can find it fast.
- Write a short response to say out loud the next time imposter syndrome shows up:
"That's a lie from the enemy, and I don't receive it. God called me to write, and I have it in writing."
Practice saying it now, before you need it.
